Health Tech International Solutions (HTI) is the holding company of a group of companies that have been established in different countries on the American continent for the development and implementation of its business model.

HTI currently has offices in 7 countries in Latin America as well as in Canada. All companies incorporated in the Latin American countries carry the name of AmeriDoc International followed by the name of the country where the company is operating.

Products and services marketed by HTI are made under the following brands:

Health Tech International Solutions: Holding company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, USA.

AmeriDoc International: Name given to all companies constituted in Latin American countries. All companies incorporated in Latin American carry the name of AmeriDoc International followed by the name of the country where the company is.

Tel Med Services: (www.TelMedServices.com) Subsidiary of HTI that provides the services of medical consultations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Llama al Doctor: Brand that sells telehealth services for the markets of Latin America as well as the U.S. Spanish speaking market.

Each country that our services are offered in has its own website where customers can access a page whose core business model is homogeneous to and adapts to each of the particularities of the country where it is implemented.

Hello Doctor: Brand under which telehealth services are offered in the US and Canadian English speaking markets.

Bonjour Docteur: Brand under which telehealth services are offered in the French speaking US and Canadian markets.
